Gender

From this event, the total number of the respondents on the feedback is 30 person. Our group found out that the participants joined in this event consist of more females compared to the males. The gender percentage of this events are 70% females and 30% males
Age

From the figure, we can see that 90% out of 30 respondents aged 20 years old to 30 years old. This is because we mainly because distributed the survey among our peers which fall under this category of age. Another reason is that the category of age are more familiars with online event and feedback compared to the other category of ages. The remaining 10% of the respondents aged from 41 years old and above.
How satisfied were you with the event?

The chart shows above the level of satisfaction towards the event in which the respondents are required to rate the event from level 1 until 5.

Based on the observation done on the feedback form, it can be seen on the chart, out of 30 respondents, 17 respondents were satisfied with the event conducted.

The remaining of the respondents had given their â…˜ rating on the event.

It can be deduced from the chart that the majority of the respondents had found the event to be helpful and satisfied with the information given on mediation for landlord and tenant disputes.
How relevant and helpful the topic of the event to you?

For the question of the relevancy of the topic, among the 30 respondents, 18 respondents, equivalent to 60%, found the event very much relevant and helpful to our topic. Another 11 respondents, equivalent to 36.7%, found the event mostly relevant and helpful while only one person found the event relevant and helpful to our topic. This shows that the majority of the respondents thought the topic is very relevant and helpful to our topic.

Short answer is required to answer the question on how to improve our event. The majority of the respondents did not suggest any improvement to the event. There are also seven respondents stated there is nothing to improve for the event. Meanwhile, the other respondents that gave suggestions to improve mainly provided either to extend the duration of the event or proposed to provide cases that related to our topic.

The responses by the respondents for the question of whether the event is useful to the audience are in two categories which are very useful and useful. 76.67% of the respondents answered that the event is very useful to them while 23.33% of the respondents found the event useful to them. Overall, the event really helps the respondents for their knowledge on ADR and mediation for the dispute between landlord and tenant.

70% of the respondents answered very excellent for their satisfaction with the session content. Meanwhile, 26.7% of the respondents answered excellent for the question of satisfaction with the session content. In short, the majority of the respondents are very satisfied with the content of the session in our event.

Overall, majority of the audience were very satisfied with the session content where more than 20 persons out of 30 respondent rate the highest number which is 5, showing that they are very satisfied with the session's content.

Eight respondents choose no 4 to represent their level of satisfaction of our session content which we think still a good respond from the audience and had achieved our expectation.
Did the information delivered by the speaker during the event is useful to you?

Majority of the audience think that the information which related to the use of Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Settlement to settle the landlord and tenant dispute as delivered by the speaker is very useful and relevant to them.
