DESCRIPTION
Upon making the task 1 on investigation for surveying and research on the task, the initial stage had made me possessed the skill to get engage with the community and learn a lot pertaining our own topic that we chose which is the Mediation: Landlord and Tenant Disputes where I need to extract issues pertaining to the disputes that are commonly arises on tenant and the landlord on land disputes.Through this assignment, by going through in depth and making research about the mediation, I had obtained the knowledge on mediation.

In the task 1, in the group, we had prepared and came out with various of topics initially but after considerations we chose the topic concerning land which is Mediation: Landlord and Tenant Disputes. After that, we had come out with a proposal containing of the title of the project, the background, objectives, the justifications, how to conduct the event and targeted community.
​
For Task 2, on the preparation stage, our group need to determine the kind of event and the community engagement that we have to organize. We had chosen to do it publicly as well as among UUM law student. Our group planning was to create FB page specifically to conduct our event and posts all the posters. Our group had also approached Mr Gurbinder Singh as our speaker which is specifically has expertise in handling landlord and tenant disputes.

For task 3, this is where we conduct action for our proposal. On the role play session, we had conducted the event via Microsoft Team meeting. The event happened rather smoothly. I had experienced in asking several questions to Mr. Gurbinder Singh which was followed by ms. Deanna Shakinah to extract the relevant issues. It was really significant experience in handling such event for my own good and experience. After the event, we had extracted the feedback from our audiences. Most of the experience rated us with 5 where they were able to understand on the issues discussed.

For stage 4, we have to prepare our own reflection and this is individual work. I have to relate all the works and tasks given to us and evaluate the event by myself which I find it to be very helpful.
​
For stage 5, this is where we have to finalize our submission. We are required to record video for this purpose. I believe that this work have me believe that the practice of ADR is very helpful in the future we will be able to negotiate with the clients on their problems. We prop the ideas to their minds in order to settle their problems.
FEELINGS
After we have received, the Assignment given to us, I had mixed feelings and emotions in order to complete and to prepare the tasks given. I felt anxious and overwhelmed with enjoyment in preparing the assignments and tasks.

I feel anxious due to the fact that I never be a moderator for an event and do roleplay session before and where we need to choose two of our members to represent the groups. I’m anxious in preparing the tasks because I need to do better for our assignments. We need to be the best in order to gain as much knowledge for all the task given.
On top of that, I also feel excited due to the fact that this the first time that we have to be moderator and act in a roleplay session and extracting the relevant issues together with my group members. Excited that our lecturer, Dr. Nur 'Ain Husna has been giving us the chance to be a moderator to get engagement with expertise lawyers and also be in a role play session. I’m excited to be chosen as one of the moderator to represent our group. Where this is a stepping stone for me to improve my speaking skills.

My thoughts in preparing all the assignments given is that, I had observed that it is vital for the group members to do and play our role very well to complete the assignment. Each and everyone of us in this group had achieved the aim to cooperate to complete and give their fullest effort in making all the role play sessions and the event went very smoothly.
EVALUATION & ANALYSIS
One of my strengths during the preparing of the assignment is that I am able to contribute to the group in terms of ideas and skills. I discovered that I have the required understanding pertaining to the topic given. I am able to meet the end goal through my skills in preparing the assignments in which it can help me a lot in the future if I intend to go to opt for mediation.

Another strengths to which I possessed is that I am brave. I am able to volunteer myself to be the moderator to represent our group which I feel like it is a big responsibility and duty. For this assignment, I have discovered that I’m actually capable to carry out the big role and I’m thankful to Dr. Nur 'Ain Husna for giving us this task. It has helped me to do well in the group project. This project has help me to enhance myself and my potentials.

My weakness is that I give my attention to the fullest on small details. It has prevented me from seeing the overall of the tasks. I’m constantly trying to improve myself on this part.
​
Another weakness is that I’m anxious on the topics itself. I will feel anxious if I did not equipped myself with information and knowledge prior to the activity given to us. To prevent the emotions to happen constantly, I open my mind to accept and to contribute more for this project.
​
The challenge that I have faced during the completing of the assignments is that we need to find suitable time in order for us to discuss and complete the assignments. Sometimes, it is hard for us to find a time which is suitable for us to carry out our discussion on the issues. Thus , how I faced the challenge is that to do all the meetings at night. During this time, it happened that our group mate may not have anything to do thus, we can complete the assignments and the projects.
ACTION PLAN
I acknowledge that I have learn a lot during the completing of the assignments. In order to complete and prepare for the assignment, it must be first that I need to equipped myself with good knowledge and ideas pertaining to the topic involved. Failure to do that will prevent the effective works we are aiming for.

My action plan is that I need to do better and fill myself with more knowledge and skills in order to be more effective and efficient in completing the works given to me. I need to be more proactive and be more engaging with the public in order for us to get more recognition as a group in the future. Bring awareness as to the ADR subject need to be taught often and make it as a core to show the importance of the ADR to the legal field.
