At the pre-investigation stage, we have decide to conduct a survey to study on the public awareness in regard to the applicability of the mediation process in the lands and tenant’s disputes. The online survey has been created through the Google Form which later being distributed to various media social platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram. The survey has been conducted for 3 days starting from 7 until 10 November 2021. From the survey, we had received 43 responses.

 

The survey form consists of 2 Parts which is Part A and Part B. For the first part which is Part A, we acquired the respondents particular information such as names, age range as well as their year of studies. Meanwhile, for Part B, we provides the respondent with varieties of questions to study on the extent of their knowledge on ADR.
