Welcome to our main Facebook page! After discussing with our group members, we chose to create a Facebook page as it is accessible by people of all age; not only the young people but also older people. We believe that by using Facebook, we will be able to engage with more people as the features are also easier and more flexible. We have managed to get over 40 likes from the public within one week and the number is still increasing.

As for the background cover, we decided to put up a poster with the images of all group members as an introduction of the team of this free service to the public. Our page name is also clearly stated which is "Group 6 ADR Mediation on Landlord and Tenant Dispute." This is to highlight the main focus of our project on Mediation between landlord and tenant.
In the "About" section, we introduced ourselves as a group of final year law students from Universiti Utara Malaysia and stated our purpose of this initiative which is to comply with the e-service learning for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) subject and to spread awareness to the public that Mediation is the alternate resolution other than the court proceeding.
In the "insight" section, our Facebook page engagement is recorded for the past 28 days. We have reached over 61 people to visit our profile. We also gained post engagements or views from 95 people. We also have received 46 likes on our main page.
In order to gain engagement from the public people, we started to post medias such as posters to draw their attention. This image is our first post where we welcomed people to our page and letting people know about our upcoming project on mediation on landlord and tenant disputes.
On our second post, we provided a little tips on the issue mediation between landlord and tenant, and teaser for our upcoming posts. We aimed to become active on our social media and to share interesting posts with useful information to the public.
This post on November 22nd is a brief definition of a landlord and a tenant. The post was able to reach up to 48 people and gain 18 engagements such as sharing, likes, and comments.
On our latest post, we managed to share the benefits of mediation to the public which are private and confidential, saves time and cost, and gaining as assistant from a neutral third party. Our intention was to encourage the public to go for mediation instead of litigation.
