GROUP DISCUSSION
To discuss the preparation for the event.
DISCUSSION
On 4th December 2021, our group had conducted a meeting through Google Meet to discuss on the preparation that needed to be done before the main event. We went through a thorough discussion from the process of choosing the suitable speaker, choosing the date of the event, the perfect date for the event and we also short listed few questions to ask the speaker.

After the discussion, one of our members also ask for a consultation to the lecturer, Dr. Ain Husna and asked her to check whether there are few loopholes in our preparation. We would like to thank Dr. Ain as she gave us a fast respond and this surely smoothen our preparation process and we were able to satisfy the speaker in this matter.

Based on our discussion, we decided to conduct a recording session with Mr. Gurbinder to avoid any technical issues such as internet problems. We prepared few questions in advanced to let the speaker prepare himself before the recording program. The event was held on 11th December 2021 and our group recorded the talk session through Zoom application.
